As I venture into a brick and mortar business for the first time, I've had a lot of friends ask if I have a bookkeeper. I reply, "No, I have a full financial team!" It is such a huge help to have a team at my back to help take care of the record keeping, payroll, taxes, and future discussions that help me grow my business by looking at our numbers with understanding.
